We love carbs. What more can I say? Mark wanted me to learn to make bread, so we could make it on the boat. I ordered a French Bread Pan from Amazon and a book, Artisan Bread , and got to work. This is a really easy recipe.

Here is the recipe:
French Loaf:
4 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tsp Kosher salt
2 tsp Yeast
2 cups Warm Water

Add all the dry ingredients
Add the warm water and stir for 2 minutes.
Put in a container to let rise. I let it rise for about 4 hours.
Once the dough has doubled in size, cut and form your bread loaves.

Put on your loaf pan and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Spritz with water and cook for another 10 minutes.
