Baby Workout

After a baby it seems to be hard to find a time to workout, especially after a c-section. I decided one day, when I was bouncing Markey to stop his crying, that he could be my weight while I worked out. (He is 14lbs) So, I started to do squats, lunges, shoulder presses, and some crunches with him. He loves it, and I feel like I am getting some sort of workout too.

So, after you eat all the bread you just made now it is time to burn it off!

1. Squats- Just like you had weights. 3 sets of 15

2. Lunges- 3 sets of 15 on each leg

3. Shoulder Press- 3 sets of 15

4. Abs- Disclaimer:  Markey loves this. He has good head control but make sure you hold them tight.
   3 sets of 15

Now you have done a full body workout and hopefully have a happy baby!
